Prom: Charleston Town Center’s got it all

Have you ever wished there were just one place you could go to find everything you need? If so, Charleston Town Center is the perfect place for you. From stores for clothes to stores for accessories and shoes, Town Center has it all for both females and males.

One good thing about Charleston Town Center is that it has many of the stores that you might read about in magazines like Seventeen. There are many different fashion stores that cater to both boys and girls, including American Eagle, Aeropostale, Buckle, Gap, Journey’s and Pacific Sunwear.

Abercrombie & Fitch is always in style with it’s signature trademark polos. It’s more expensive than other stores, but wearing its clothes will give you reassurance that you look great. There’s also Hollister, A&F’s sister store. It has cute t-shirts that cost around $15-$20.

Town Center has many stores that just sell clothing and accessories for girls, too. They include 5-7-9, Wet Seal, Victoria’s Secret and Charlotte Russe.

Charlotte Russe recently has become one of the most popular stores in the mall for girls. There, you can get anything from a stylish new top to a pair of stiletto heels. Plus, it has a great selection of jewelry.

And girls, if you’re looking to buy for prom, Town Center is the place to go. There are many places that sell formal dresses - JC Penney, Macy’s and DEB among them. Bandolino’s shoes would be a great place to purchase your formal shoes, as would Payless, Macy’s or Charlotte Russe.

Worried about jewelry? No problem. Just go to Icing by Claire’s, Claire’s or one of the clothing stores. And you can’t go to prom without the perfect clutch purse. Macy’s is a great place to buy that, along with any other accessories - from gloves to a shawl - that you might need.

But Town Center doesn’t just cater to clothing fiends. It also has specialty stores for other needs. F.Y.E. has a great selection of CDs and movies, and Borders Express has plenty of books. Yankee Candle has a wide variety of sweet-smelling candles, and Bath & Body Works will keep you smelling fresh with its wonderful fragrances.

Plus, no matter hold old you get, you’re never too old to have fun visiting Build-A-Bear Workshop. Here you can build your own stuffed animal, name it and dress it however you like.

Don’t forget to take a coffee break at Starbucks on the first floor or visit the food court and grab a bite to eat. Or if you’re looking for somewhere fancier to take your date before prom, the mall also has several sit-down restaurants.

As you can see, there is nothing that Charleston Town Center doesn’t have.
